Returns
We will repair or replace any item within 30 days at our sole discretion.  Any unopened item in new resalable conditional may be returned within 30 days of order date for a credit less shipping charges. Any opened or used item can be returned with 30 days from ship date less 15% restocking charge and any shipping charges. Any engraved or custom made item can not be returned. Should you need to return a product obtain a RMA# you must have purchased the products from this web site, any item returned without an RMA# cannot be credited. You need to save and return your packing slip or invoice and all product items in the original packaging.

Right to Terminate
flagshield.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if flagshield.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of flagshield.com and its affiliates
